STORYLINE – HOMEWORK STINKS; TO ME MY X-MEN

This one-shot issue is a promotional, 16-page one-shot comic book that contains a lightweight, kid-friendly story titled “Homework Stinks!!!” starring Kitty Pryde and Nightcrawler. Released in January 2011 as part of a Taco Bell Kids’ Meal promotion, the issue features a standalone narrative alongside a unique, single-page backup comic.

Kitty Pryde seeks out Nightcrawler (Kurt Wagner) to voice her frustrations regarding her training restrictions. The team ultimately faces a simulated or real training confrontation involving classic anti-mutant antagonist Cameron Hodge.

Bonus Content – Every comic distributed during this promotion includes an exclusive, standalone one-page X-Men comic strip created by Colleen Coover.
