Wolverine continues on to meet an old acquaintance: CIA agent Jack Bascomb. Jack tells him all about the lady he just rescued: La Bandera. She has connections through her father to Fidel Castro’s revolution in Cuba. In New York, Kingpin and President Caridad discuss Tiger Shark’s presence in Tierra Verde.
