STORYLINE – DISCOVERY

This story arc introduces a post-apocalyptic, ruined future Earth where two factions of intelligent robots exist in uneasy servitude after humanity has entered a state of underground hibernation. Written by Louise Simonson and published by Marvel Comics in November 1984, this debut issue sets up a robotic civil war over the discovery of human existence, which the ruling class considers a myth.
