STORYLINE – What has Happened to Me?
The issue’s main story, titled “What has Happened to Me?!”, concludes the supernatural conflict involving the Goblyns:
Goblyn Conflict: Members of the Coven—Fantom (a half-human vampiress), Scratch (a demon-possessed priest), and Spellcaster (a white witch)—have been enthralled by Goblyns for weeks.
The Resolution: The character Sasha regains her free will and fights Scratch. The spell is eventually broken by an old goblin named Raggamuffin using music.
Queen Diamond Lilian: The Madame of the brothel where the characters were held reveals her true form as the Goblyn queen, Diamond Lilian. She reaffirms an ancient pact with humanity brokered by Fantom a century prior, ending the Goblyns’ mischief.
Ending: The issue concludes with Max Streebecke meeting the Coven’s ally, Silhouette, at a cathedral in Chichester.
