STORYLINE – Attack of the Bad Balls; Now Museum, Now Myou Don’t

After the villainous Dr. Frankenbeans discovers the secret behind how the original Madballs were created, he uses his findings to build his own evil, mutated versions. He names these villainous copies Smasher, Crasher, and Thrasher (the “Bad Balls”) and sends them out to destroy the Madballs and do his dirty work.

This issue originally sold for a cover price of $0.75 and marked the conclusion of the title’s initial 3-issue limited mini-series, before its popularity caused Star Comics to bring it back as a bi-monthly ongoing series starting with issue #4
