STORYLINE – The 30 Days of Night Annual 2004, published by IDW in January 2004, is a 48-page one-shot anthology featuring four short horror stories. Written by Steve Niles, the issue explores different corners of the franchise’s universe with artwork from various illustrators.

“The Book Club” (Art by Ben Templesmith) – A suburban book club discusses Stella Olemaun’s book (30 Days of Night), leading them to become a suspicious and violent mob that targets a reclusive neighbor.

“Agent Norris: MIA” (Art by Brandon Hovet) – This story follows Agent Norris’s grim transformation from a “bug eater” scout into a full-blown vampire after the events of the original miniseries.
